Type on the fields you would like to change and click "submit"
You will receive a verification email at new email address. Please click the link in the email to activate your new email address.
Remember, if you've changed your email address or password, you'll need to use these the next time you log in. This new email address would be the email address that we contact with you.
Q: Do I have to pay the duty tax?
A: When ordering from ksh.com you are considered as an importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and do not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to KSH, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you base on the “Refund Policy”.

A: When you enter to the payment process, please choose the option of “Pay by Paypal”, then enter your registered email on Paypal. When the payment process is done, then you will receive the order number and the total amount payable sent from KSH. Then you will be directed to the payment platform of Paypal to complete the payment.
Q: If I would like to return the goods, what should I do?

Please follow the following procedures to return goods:
1. When KSH has confirmed via email with you, then please pack up the return goods well together with a copy of the confirmed email or delivery note
2. Send back the good exchange or return goods to our head office: G/F, MassMutual Tower, 38 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
3. For local refund claims, you can send the return goods to any one of our Two Girls shops for us to handle the case No refund or exchange will be handled at the store.
4. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns

A: For orders delivered to overseas despatched by express courier, please log on the http://www.hongkongpost.com to trace the order with the postal order number.
