If you find that the products you purchase from our company website are defective, you are entitled to return them to us and exchange for the same products or products of the same purchased prices (per the Sales Receipt) via the following procedures:
Products to be exchanged have to defective;
a) the products to be exchanged have been used or external packages have been opened/ damaged (e.g. Surgical Masks, Wet Wipes etc.), or
b) the products to be exchanged are special priced products, free gifts or gifts for redemption, or
c) the products to be exchanged are NOT purchased via our company website.
Our Company reserves the right to amend the above Programme from time to time and has the final decision in case of any disputes.

- Items offered as free gifts upon the purchase of these products have to be returned.
- You should be responsible to pay for the postage costs in relation to this exchange process (including Hong Kong, Mainland China and Overseas customers).
